We have years of experience dealing with creditors, collection companies and the bureaus. And we’ve honed and developed very effective methods of communication with them that allow us to move in a much faster manner. In addition to that, we have the ability to monitor results in real-time, so the moment a new report is done or a dispute is decided we are instantly aware of it.
Yes and No. Typically items do not reappear, but a benefit of the FCRA is that if a credit bureau reinserts a previously deleted item without written notification sent to the client prior to doing it — then we can raise that technicality and the item will be removed. And should they notify you, we can go back again and re-challenge that item.
We offer a highly personalized service. Our pricing is dependent on the amount of work that is required, with costs starting as little as $200 and can go as high as up to $2,000. The average per file is between $500 and $1,000. We first review your credit report, thoroughly analyze it, and then expertly identify your needs and goals. And when there are instances in which we cannot help a client — we are always upfront and frank about it. We benefit greatly from the many referrals we get from satisfied clients.
We have had regular successes in doing so, though accomplishing this for clients within a 30-day window is not something even we can promise. And it will typically incur additional fees. Please email us for more information.
If you have been denied credit, contact the company that pulled your credit report and request a copy of it. By law they must give it to you. The most efficient manner would be for you to have them email it directly to us — or you yourself can send it.
Once we receive your credit report we can make a determination. If you, for instance, have a score in the 400s range with multiple charged-off accounts and countless collections and judgments — the odds of us being able to help you inside of a 30-day window is unrealistic. But we can consult with you and advise you of steps you could take to get on a path toward recovery. We’re happy to share the insights that years of experience have provided us.
